Brazil - Presentation of the management plan for the Rio das Balsas Basin

In late July, the Government of Tocantins (Brazil), through its Secretariat for the Environment and Sustainable Development, presented his master plan for water management of the basin of the Rio das Balsas. This plan was developed by a consortium of Japanese KLC and the International Office for Water.
